View are fantastic, we had turtles feeding just off the beach. There is a snorkeling beach 150m away and the main beach at Marissa is easily walkable.

The staff were super nice and welcoming. They accommodated to our needs well and it was a great experience overall. The location is ideal because it's close to the main busy areas of the city so it's super convenient to go out for food and activities

Great staff.very accommodating.the pool was always empty, when we went to swim it felt great.from our balcony we saw exotic birds everyday.peacocks,female and male,reside nearby.breathtakingly beautiful.from this beach we took walks to the other beaches,very empty and peaceful always. We really enjoyed our stay. If there is something you need,ask the personnel,they speak English well. Hot water,great pressure in the shower.the hotel has no food in the room policy,but we kindly asked and ate the food we bought in the room.

We loved being right by the beach, although it is a bit rocky to swim. (You can swim a short walk away). We had a big corner room which was worth the extra cost - spectacular sunsets. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the lady on reception took time to find train times for us to reach our next location. Beds were big and comfortable, and the hotel interior is very clean (not quite so good by the pool though).

We liked the slightly secluded location because otherwise you don't get to see that part of the beach. We liked the attention to detail of the staff. Wifi was good. I was able to have a video call no problem. Really tasty mushroom button lunch. View from the room is stunning onto the ocean. Lots of privacy. Breakfast was not bad but not astounding. Tea is good. Puppies next door were adorable.

From the moment we arrived we were greeted and takin through the check in process. Extremely friendly and professional staff. We were taken to room and shown all the facilities and everything was explained. The staff regularly messaged me on WhatsApp to make sure we had everything and also communicated on when we wanted room cleaned.

Imagine listening to/watching the sound of the waves crashing on to the shore from your bed. That was my experience at this hotel. Absolutely fantastic. Then you have the wonderful staff and gorgeous room to add to that. Breakfast is good and you can walk straight out to the beach from the hotel. The hotel is technically just outside Mirissa but still very close to the action. Staff are really obliging and the food is amazing.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with plenty of options for vegetarians. They even went out of the way and allowed people to get late breakfast. Location is nice. There is a wonderful restaurant just next door where we went for dinner twice. Markets are nearby and mirissa beach is 5 minutes by tuk tuk. Pool was good and Clean.

The staff were great, the building is newly built with good quality workmanship and the breakfast was good. There is a nice pool and direct beach access. The direct beach is good for surfing but is a bit rocky for swimming. The main swimming beaches are in close proximity (walkable or by tuk tuk). The rooms were nice and clean.

excellent staff, very friendly and accommodating. they made us fell very welcome. the views from the triple corner rooms are very very impressive and the room itself was huge with lots of storage and large bathroom. the Sri Lankan breakfast was one of the best I’ve tasted, you should definitely try that. the best part as I have said is the attentive staff. they were so friendly and exceeded our expectations. be sure to pre order meals ahead of time to give the staff a heads up and you’ll be fine. the staff will also assist you in booking Tuk tuks into Mirissa (few minutes away) and they’ll also assist you in booking an airport transfer. the van from hotel to airport for 4 of us cost 27,000 LKR. great deal.
